- Avoiding a drunk or menacing driver.
- Transportation to member’s home address with passengers in the event of an accident or breakdown (while vehicle is in tow). If out of town, staying at someone’s home or a hotel would then qualify as the authorized drop off location.
- Avoiding a threatening date or any abusive situation.
Regardless as to whether you are purchasing a certificate for yourself or a loved one, or as a sponsor to distribute to clients, the total annual fee remains as $10.00 per year, per end user (member). Student Lifeline was founded in 1988 and has provided free and unlimited emergency ride programs for youth in the Greater New York Metropolitan Area, now extended nationwide with this reimbursement program. To become a SPONSOR Business/Organization Member, order as many of the Student Lifeline Emergency Rides Reimbursement pre-numbered Certificates (see illustration) and distribute them to customers or organizational affiliated students who meet the age requirements (14-26), for instance high schools and colleges. If ordering for a family member as an individual, simply purchase at the check out page ($10.00 annual fee), unlimited usage for one year from the date of activation. When the end user receives the pre-numbered certificate, they may then activate by simply emailing or faxing the end user’s (student 14-26 years of age) name and address and the Certificate Number, and that is all, the member is instantly activated for one entire year of unlimited emergency rides reimbursements. REIMBURSEMENT FORM: In order for the member to be paid for emergency rides (upwards of $100.00 per incident, no limits of usage), member simply mails, emails or faxes the Reimbursement form on this site for full payment.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS A BUSINESS/ORGANIZATION SPONSOR…
Your business or organization may order as many or as few pre-numbered Student Lifeline Emergency Rides Reimbursement Certificates as often as you deem necessary (they never expire because they are only activated upon the end user (member) contacting Student Lifeline with the name, address and pre-printed certificate number. That is when the 12-month usage period begins, and only then, no other conditions apply Point of sale items will be sent upon request with initial order of Certificates.
INDIVIDUALS MAY ORDER DIRECTLY ON THE STORE PAGE, ALLOW TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE BY FIRST CLASS MAIL.
